SoleBuddies
“Solebuddies” is the affectionate term used to refer to the approaching 3,000 people under Solemen’s care.
The Outreach team visits referred individuals or families to assess their needs. A support plan is then devised, including a pathway for solutions which includes referrals to external services such as medical services, hospitals, or to allied services such as other charitable organisations. All Solebuddies are accompanied throughout their support plan.
